*An 18% service fee and 5.5% Wisconsin sales tax will be assessed to the Host on all beverage sales for the Host’s event. The service fee will be calculated on 18% of all beverage sales with a minimum service fee of $250. The minimum service fee may be increased dependent upon the number of guests requiring more than two bartenders. There will be one bartender provided per 100 guests as part of the service fee. The $250 minimum service fee is for up to 7 hours and $25 per bartender per hour thereafter. Waiter Service Optional additional beverage servers are available to pour wine and serve cocktails at $25 per hour per server. |
