Note:  The Historic Eau Claire Masonic Ballroom is only available for Saturday Wedding Ceremonies when the Wedding Reception is also held here on that date. A signed contract with total rental fee and tax is due at the time of booking.

Booking

Reserve and confirm reception and ceremony rental. A signed wedding contract, terms and conditions, and first deposit are due at that time.

 

 

Two Months Prior To Wedding

Plan the details of your ceremony and/or reception, including menu choices, preliminary guest count, liquor information, and room setup with the Wedding and Event Coordinator. Pay second deposit.  Schedule and confirm an appointment with the Wedding and Event Coordinator for two weeks in advance of the Wedding.

 

 

Two Weeks Prior To Wedding

Meet with the Wedding and Event Coordinator to review final details of your ceremony and/or reception.  Final guest count is due at this time.  Payment of all remaining charges must be made at this time.  All incidental charges can be paid following your Wedding.

 

 

At The Rehearsal

For Wedding Ceremony only. Confirm processional, bridal party lineup and musical timing with Ballroom staff.  Introduce Officiate with staff.  Any additional questions can be discussed at this time.

What We Need To Know

 

Booking

     

·         The names, addresses, home phone, cell phone and e-mail addresses of the Bride, Groom, and parents of the Bride.

·         About how many guests are you expecting?  You will want to plan about 60-70% of invitees.

 

Two Months Prior To Wedding

·         What time will the bridal party be arriving?

·         What time will decorating be done?

·         What time will your DJ/band be in to set up?

·         Will the bar be cash, hosted, or a combination of the two?

·         What bar items would you like to host?

·         What time will the bar open?

·         What time will dinner be?

·         What dinner options have you decided upon?

·         How many will be seated at the head table?

·         Are you assigning seating or open seating?

·         If having open seating, do you need any tables reserved for family?

·         What time will the dance begin?

·         Are you having a slideshow, DVD & will you have any special CDs for music during dinner?

·         Are there any special decorating requests?

·         Who will be paying the balance two weeks prior to the Wedding as well as at the end of the evening?
